Diptych

This is from an artist Mark Laita, he has a series titled "Created Equal". Powerful images that convey and create critical thoughts. I find this image very successful using a "fatherly" figure and three women. The images are the reverse of each other as far as composition and the cropping of the lower legs is visually important. The women also go out of the picture frame further lessing their importance to the man. As the title says, created equal, this is a pimp and a polygamist, yes they are exactly the same. Multiple females doing the bidding of a "powerful man". They are important only in what they can do for the man. Nice.
